Fantasy Almanac ("we," "the site") is a free tool that turns a public Sleeper fantasy football league into a stats and history site. This page explains what happens to information when you use it. We've tried to keep it plain.
We don't have accounts, a database, or a server that stores your data. The site runs entirely in your web browser. When you enter a league ID, your browser fetches publicly available league information directly from Sleeper's public API — that data goes to your browser, not to us. We can't see your league, and we don't keep anything about you on our end.
League data. When you load a league, your browser requests that league's public data (teams, scores, rosters, drafts) from Sleeper's API. This is the same information anyone with the league ID can already access through Sleeper. We do not receive, log, or store it.
Local storage. To make the site fast and remember your choices, we use your browser's local storage to cache league data and save your selected visual theme. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it any time through your browser settings.
We may display advertising through Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including, where permitted, ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's advertising policies.
You can control or opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region that requires it, you will be asked for consent before any personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and GoatCounter) to count visits and see which pages are used. These do not set cookies, do not track you across sites, and do not collect personal information. Aside from the advertising cookies described above, we use no tracking cookies.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
You can clear cached data and preferences by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, and you can opt out of personalized ads using the links above. Because we don't hold personal data on a server, there is nothing for us to delete on our end.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
